CANCELLATION POLICY
We would appreciate a 24 hour notice to cancel your appointment. Place inside the new policy from the newsletter
RETAIL PRODUCT GUARANTEED
We guarantee any of our professional services when professional retail is used for at-home maintenance.
BRIDAL/SPECIAL OCCASION POLICY
All brides and bridal parties must provide 50% deposit at least 2 weeks prior to service. This deposit is non-refundable if appointment is cancelled 48 hours before scheduled appointment.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Our gift certificates can be purchased over the phone with a credit card. We will mail the certificate to the recipient, along with our service menu.
